« The largest analog keyboards in a small box! »
Published on 04/25/12 at 13:42Expander sampled sounds of high quality and dedicated analog keyboards particularly the most renowned brands. Moog, Mellotron, Arp, Wurlitzer, Vox Continental, Oberheim, Fender Rhodes, Hammond, etc. ... farfisa
UTILIZATION
Ultra simple to choose sound banks. For c is in effect dropdown menu.
SOUNDS
The samples are perfect. The great grain. The organ sounds and mellotron are sublime. For synths there a lot and it is a matter of taste but also of very good leads, very beautiful tablecloths, among others.
Note the effect in the presence of a ring modulator useful if you want to get into editing sounds to customize.
For the sounds you can not put that note up given the quality of sampled instruments! And the quality is E-mu. No complaints.
OVERALL OPINION
Essential. Put as many instruments famous in a small box like this has costed a fortune in the license and authorizations in the 90s.
I think today the acquisition of E-mu worth at least up to 400 euros seen everything in it. It's still much better than the plug-in vst. And fidelity to sampled instruments is impeccable. It is also made in U.S. manufacturing and quality is excellent. A quality rarely found auourd'hui unless you pay dearly.
