Choose what my motivation is the Final Scratch scratch amp with its firewire connection and a quality 24/96 and also the quality of finish of Stanton and the good reviews of DJ Professionals.
My use is: Scratch, mix, live, recording, mixtape (RnB, Hip Hop ,...)
I use it with the following configuration: AMD Sempron 2200 + (1.5 Ghz) 768 megs of ram. Motherboard ASROCK K7-VT4A +.
For the mix: the mixer is a shdj technics 1200 turntables and two technics sl 1210mk2.
UTILIZATION
Regarding the installation, there is nothing except that installing the drivers provided.
I had no problem of incompatibility.
In terms of configuration, it is very simple (but biensure we are talking about a professional system so everything is adjustable)
At the manual, you can not do better clear quick and easy take over.
GETTING STARTED
Having acht rcemment, I MODEL with the latest drivers so no updates done. They are stable trs, uh ... oh done nothing said about the drivers by installing them as you think over APRS.
I use Final Scratch 2.0 Traktor DJ and supplied with 3.0
In terms of latency I get with a good rglage: 10ms (innaudible)
And I get to read four tracks at the same time.
After a few weeks of use, I have a problem switching from firewire to reinstall my rsolu the ScratchAmp. Although this is happened once and it's ben dj too!
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for a month.
The particular feature I like most, well, it is dvelopp to work with the best DJ software (Traktor) and also biensure sound (the quality of sound), a marvel (no Mixvibes do with) and I like least, cuts the firewire port.
Acqurir before, I tried: Rane Serato, MixVibes Pro 6 and Final Scratch 2 recess well (the one that is close to silent Serato Final Scratch (traktor tipped the scales))
At qualitprix report, it is good trs. (Look the price of a sound card of this quality in you will see ..... firewire) and yet it is certainly better (see ScratchAmp)
I would do this choice more quickly without making me try it before all the shit.
