Value For Money :
Excellent
- How long have you use it?
For four months, and with version 1.5 for 2 weeks. about 100 hours of mixing it.
- What is so special that you like most and least?
Assets:
+ The number of buttons all easily configurable.
+ Its precision timing, if it shifts alone is not the Torq is the file that is saved is not wrong to be on.
+ The auto registration in scratch - excellent
+ No latency
+ Ease of setting buttons, a simple right click of the mouse
+ Mouse built on the console, ultra-convenient.
+ The latest version afternoon with a terrible and, be it in master and slave, no problem, just set it up right in the same mix without restarting anything, it works nikel
+ The correct price for this material, and highly interesting for what they do in some technical term.
+ The updates of Torq, regular and keen to fix bugs, now I have none.
+ The size of the machine, enters a fly from mk2 example.
+ The effects are very significant, stacking up to three and very practical.
+ Illuminated buttons very beautiful and very distinctive.
+ Software stability
Cons:
- The buttons that do not look very strong in time (a PROFESSIONAL version of the Xponent with more robust knobs would be very interesting to me kit to pay a little more)
- The left button of the mouse clickable part 2 which I already played around, I'm not a fan at all)
- The desire to have the opportunity in the software to add an effect or more than 2 to select racks effect. But hey you just do without.
- The gray top plastoc not just stylish than the rest, and gives a little play with the frame (I expect a pro version) with solid metal plate.
- The requirement to use the mouse to load a sound by dragging a shortcut button to load each drive would have been perfect.
- No dust cover for faders.
- Have you tried many other models before buying it?
In its category, Hercules pro, vestax, with the software virtual dj and traktor.
On all the points wins the Xponent for my use. If not global dj gear not bad at all, 6 turntables, a packet of table, and the cd player cdj dnd 9000 or 1000 drive all the little musty.
- How would you rate the quality / price?
Excellent value for money, it is undeniable, however, I look forward to a more pro in terms of build quality, namely a metal plate with button more solid at vestax and send / return on Auxiliary assignable 2 slices (in my case I would be very helpful) But hey let's be clear for that price it's great stuff and I use it now to mix in club
- With experience, you do again this choice? ...
At that yes I even thought of outright purchase another 4 to mix sounds.
