I am acquiring a superb Numark Total Control this week (with DJ IO) but it does not light!

I have a MacBook Pro i5 (2010) and this machine does not turn on.

I followed the installation instructions, download drivers, download Traktor but nothing to do ...

No light on the NTC: (

Do you have any tips for me to run this damn bécarne??

I am disgusted and do not know how?
