Changes:
- Timecoded vinyl/CD support:
o FutureDecks timecoded CD (relative mode only) – download.
o MsPinky/Torq timecoded vinyl/CD – buy.
- Remember eq per song.
- Full screen support for some skins (eg.BCD2000/3000).
- Small fixes.
