DW Drums 5002 AD3

- How long have you use it?
I use it for one week and that's happiness! It's been quite a year I do the death / grind and I finally found a pedal well suited to this game (in the absence of axis longboard but the price is not the same! - I ordered Vruk of failing longboard, I will tell you what it's worth ...)

- What is so special that you like most and least?
I like less bats, bats I put my pearl, a bit lighter ... other than that is the great luxury all moving parts are bearing, no difference in right foot / left foot, it's slippery! The pedal does not move through the small peaks and velcro on the pedals. A handy storage box.
Basically it's flexible and powerful ... when the DW to direct drive??

- Have you tried many other models before buying it?
Yes! I had a pearl for 6 years TW 102, a gimbal farted after 4 years and a screw drive shaft there is little after 6 years. It is on it's sturdy pearl but it has nothing to do with the DW 5002! I also tried the DW 9002 (the model above) and for the price difference, it's not worth it!! The 9002 is a bit more flexible but more than € 300! I also played on Iron Cobra and I find this pedal too heavy for my game

- How would you rate the quality / price?
Excellent! DW home prices are down because everything is no longer manufactured in the USA but in Taiwan or Mexico (hopefully the quality will not drop ...). The 5002 is manufactured in Taiwan. Paid € 368 on Pigale, same price as in German but with local service and more, it is not at all negligible. I also strongly advise you to buy in the store, because if we continue like this, there will be more, so unable to try the stuff!

- With experience, you do again this choice? ...
Yes because it is a very good pedal with a quality / price / performance top notch.
