« Great guitar electro-acoustic »
Published on 05/20/14 at 04:22Canada. Guitar handmade by Godin Art and Lutherie. Maple neck. 22 frets. 3 settings; volume, bass and treble. EPM Quantum Electronics.
UTILIZATION
Particularly pleasant handle, not too wide for a good grip. Guitar a bit heavy when playing long standing.
Acute easy access except on 21 and 22 frets or it takes some practice.
Its excellent acoustics. A real treat to play blues, folk and ballads.
Serious amplified saturate a bit when the sound is very loud.
SOUNDS
I play mostly folk and blues guitar and this delights me. I'm really happy. The range of sounds mids and highs it is truly exceptional.
OVERALL OPINION
I have this guitar since March 2009. I use it daily. I particularly like its sound and power of sound it makes.
The price / quality ratio is particularly valuable. In this price range (around 600 €) electro-acoustic I did not find better. If I had to change I will take the same guitar and I will stay at Art and Lutherie (Godin).
