Then for the characteristics:
- Table massive cedar
- 20 frets (14 free)
- Very little varnish (far)
- Mechanical oil bath
- Handle rather flat
- Fairly light guitar
It may be noted that the finish is rather poor (varnish poorly distributed, cole has seen some places ...), but good for a skyscraper at 290 € is not necessarily what recheche (it's not what I I look for in all cases)
UTILIZATION
Regarding use, the handle is flat and broad enough so special, I do not like too much, I prefer the V-neck that fill the hand well, but the game still is not difficult as long and for this price (€ 290) is not very important to remember, I take more account of the sound.
A guitar relatively fragile because of its very few patent this, so it's not a guitar for Bourin with which one can do anything. So if you want to avoid ending up with lots of farts in a week, it is the Magna with respect .
As I said above is a rather small guitar (flat handle, and only the table is massive).
With regard to access to acute pan is not cut so it's hard, but it's not the kind of guitar solo that you type in a box the 20th so it's not a problem.
SOUNDS
Okay so for this feature that I chose this guitar.
I needed a small guitar to pass the time waiting to buy me a small martin D35 (for this was ). So I was not looking for a guitar of my dreams with this budget.
However, I tested between 5 and 10 guitar before making my choice, negotiated rates ranging from 250 to 400 €.
I took this one because it was one that had the most character, which vibrated in my hands the most, and whose tone I liked the most.
It has good projection, which allows for a nuanced playing with mediums can be a bit overwhelmed by the highs, but hey after all it has to adapt his game ..
It may be noted that the sound is degraded from the 9th box (rather normal for a skyscraper that price), it sounds a little worse, but it's still acceptable.
OVERALL OPINION
I use this guitar for one day (not a lot of down), but as I already said I chose this guitar in premiums primarily on how the sound emanated, not for the rest (finition. ..) , cepandant we note that the general appearance of the guitar is successful, it is quite nice little class with ca ca table and not varnished wooden plaque.
So for the characteristic I like most I think it's tone and good projection ca.
For the characteristic I like least, I think it's the fragility of the instrument (it was quick to make a fart), but it is a good instrument and the instrument should be used with gentleness and respect The finish is really bad in some places too (but when you look quickly you can see not XD).
I play the guitar for several years, I started with a classic, then I bought an electric last year, and finally I realized that my following item remained in the sound (it's not a living power, although it has advantages, ca does not vibrate as much as a sound or not), so for my first dreadnought folk I chose this little model to get familiar with this family and then to buy a guitar I would keep my life.
7 of model I tested in a price range of 250 to € 400 this guitar, I tested an ibanez a € 400 (I remember the model) that had no character, poor projection, but certainly a better finish (with a ton of paint) ...
Regarding the quality / price, if you do not worry about the finish, I think this guitar is very good (note I speak for money, I do not compare to an Ibanez € 300 models 2000 € 3000 to see at martin, gibson and companies).
And so while not back (I buy my guitar before yesterday), I think I would do this choice
