UTILIZATION
Ergonomics is that of a dreadnought, the handle is so big that the D28 and the soft V nitrocellulose lacquer finish is not too sticky if it is not too hot ...
The projection is good with low medium surplus characteristic that defines the typical sound Martin, acute are not recessed. It sounds more globally oriented roots so picking a D28 but struming is quite valid through spruce table.
SOUNDS
Perfect for picking, folk, country, pop and of course the blues.
It accepts very open tuning and capo.
OVERALL OPINION
So this is a neat and aesthetically guitar that has all the characteristics of traditional Martin studied but at a price. Produced in the rosewood finish between 2006/2008 it now has the background / fishplates classic mahogany.
Overall it is equivalent to a small D28 and like all solid guitars they need a few years to open, this is not be the time to buy ... in any case, try it you might very well like
