Seagull M6 Cedar

I bought the guitar as "pre-owned" it seems to have hardly been played. Had planned on buying a Taylor but alas, it didn't work out. I paid $350 US for it. I had played several Seagulls and felt they were a very good quality guitar. For the money you cannot get this nice craftmanship.

Neck and frets are extremely nice, i pick a lot of leads and play out in a duo setting so this is very important. The LR Baggs Micro-EQ pickup (active) is great and looks cool and sort of retro. The guitar is very responsive to player style, it's quiet and sad sounding when you want it to be , and rowdy and ballsy when you need it to be.
Great for fingerstyle too. Also, not everyone is playing a Seagull.

This is the only Cedar top guitar I have and the wood top is delicate. But this is not a "beater" guitar so handled properly, it should not be an issue.

Well made and a joy to play

Based on the price, playability and quality of this unit it gets a 5.

I acquired this guitar in Ottawa Canada for about $400 Canadian. It is the first guitar I bought. After researching all makes and models I decided to go with Seagull. The price you pay is amazing for the sound and quality.

I really like the look of the cedar top and love the simplistic design. The guitar is very easy to play. It produces a large sound with great clarity.

The only thing to watch is the cedar top, it can be easily marked.

High quality materials with high quality construction.

I am extremely please with my purchase. I would recommend a seagull guitar to anybody. I feel there are no guitars in the seagull price range that can compare to them, especially the lower...…

I am extremely please with my purchase. I would recommend a seagull guitar to anybody. I feel there are no guitars in the seagull price range that can compare to them, especially the lower end seagull models. Everybody who plays the guitar are blown away by how well it sounds. I have played many high end guitars at some music stores and my Seagull M6 can hold its own!

For the style I play jazz, funk to acoustic, and song ... fingers and mediator ... slap and razaguedos go wrong above.

OVERALL OPINION

for 1 year
Full of guitars are placed in my hands (the low-end and high-end ...)
Jaime its sound! I love the fact how strong I love its responsiveness and its dynamic ...
I got secondhand to 200euros (and yes there's a blast!) ... But even at 600, it's worth ...
Yes I love this guitar so I buy it back!

Guitar "Hand-Crafted" La Patrie, Qubec, Canada
Solid cedar table, semi-gloss varnish trs end respecting the timbre of the guitar.
Wicker covers back and cherry and mahogany, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard. Mcaniques Grover, Adamas Strings Light

UTILIZATION

The handle, a large noise is enjoyable to use, although it should be an adjustment period in width at nut. Accs to limit acute by the fact that this is not a MODEL pan shot. Gnrale perfect ergonomics. Aesthetics simple, but always pleasant. I love the shape of the head.

SOUNDS

It should all styles of music.

The sounds are brilliant without agressivit in the treble, the stamp is equilibrated across the sound spectrum, especially the mdiums and the bass is round and warm. Guitar perfectly accommodates with rhythmic mdiator, but also behaves perfectly finger-picking style that I practice mostly.

OVERALL OPINION

Seagull M6 Cedar with GT since fvrier last, I must say it is a massacre of scratching for a really top (pay in 2004 fvrier 460 in Music 61, rue Victor Masse Paris).

In nine months, the sound was Bonnifait and rounded. And I Rasht without the same problem MODEL pmour report quality great price, and the beauty of the violin. I got normment attach and I have trouble even playing on other guitars.
