    Seagull S6 Burst+GT

I've been playing acoustic guitars for almost 5 years now. I was raised with an old Yamaha acoustic guitar, and for a while I thought this would be my last guitar. I'm into classical music, country, and other types of rock.

I bought the Seagull S6 GT Burst at a local Century Music store and paid around $450 plus the case.

Perhaps the most amazing thing about the guitar itself is the finish. The burst gives off a unique high gloss luster in a genuine lacquer finish. This guitar really stands out! Also the action, the neck, and the overall sound of the guitar give the guitar the awesome quality's that every guitar should have. The price was also very reasonable.

    Nothing as of this day.

This guitar is fantastic. Lots of guitars out there offer different perspectives on what they feel their guitars can do. From my point of view, for great sound, great construction, and great performance, the best guitar for my buck was the Burst GT.

    Seagull S6+ Burst GT

I had been out of guitar playing for many years, 15 to be exact, when I decided it was time to start playing again. I was originally looking to buy a Fender or Guild. Lots has changed in the guitar world since I last looked at guitars. I went into a shop to see what they had. The salesman steered me toward the Seagull after listening to me play a little. I love the sound.

This guitar is easy to tune and stays in tune as well. Not much touch-up is needed if any at all once it is tuned. I like the sound. Very rich especially when you put new strings on.

I did not like the wide neck at first but I have gotten used to it now. On the plus side, it made my 12 string purchase easy to play right …

I did not like the wide neck at first but I have gotten used to it now. On the plus side, it made my 12 string purchase easy to play right off.

To my eye it is well constructed. It is a nice looking guitar.

I like this guitar so much that I went shopping for a Seagull 12 string. The sound, the easy tuning, and the ability to maintain tune are strong attributes I like. I hate to say it but, I could not find a Seagull 12 string anywhere......it is on my list.

Canadian-made irrprochable, as always with Seagull.
Solid cedar table with varnish finish Gloss Top (GT) on a beautiful sunburst DGRAD. The table is lovely, with a mesh large enough and rgulier, rhausse by varnish and DGRAD sunburst which gives a depth trs enjoyable to look at.
Silver Saddle handle rosewood fingerboard, 20 fret, 14 out of the box, flat heel. 3-ply birch crate, a standard in Seagull with a back of a pice, matte finish. A binding crme around the table.
The format is unique to S6, a change Dreadnought by Robert Godin, lgrement the shoulders more rounded, and the body lgrement least hanger. Dam particular seagull S6.

    UTILIZATION

The neck is wide and flat plutt, which allows for both a good playability, and a good map of rope. Comfort is the also the precision. No cutaway so ACCS restricted to acute, but is it really important in this configuration?
For its relatively large size, the guitar is comfortable trs; The grip is made naturally, without effort, allowing great versatility in playing styles practice. The card allows the strings to play as the fingers using a mdiator. This guitar is easy to ring, just play it, and she sings!

    SOUNDS

It's a versatile guitar trs. The cedar gives roundness to the sound, the format encourages excellent performance of bass and treble, but also mdiums trs warm. Capable of the greatest nuances, such as picking the game, it can also go into frenzied rhythmic folk and pop. The folk rock sounds particulirement well, but you can also approach the jazz, blues or bossa nova. The varnish of the table, in addition to being gorgeous (and I my words PSE), brings the guitar sound standard. In open tuning and slide mid, whether in mdiator or finger, it rpond like clockwork. If I had to make comparisons, I would say it is between her and Martin Gibson, Gibson more than ct. Dynamic sound, rich bass to treble mdiums warm and bright. A true Russianness this level, especially for the price.

    OVERALL OPINION

I have 5 years. The guitar was better with time. I played with Ernie Ball Slinky Acoustic strings 11-52 particulirement that suit well, and the sound is truly exceptional. Plutt old guitar Well, I must say that I take care of it.
But she MRIT, and in return she gave me a few hours of pure magic.
The ratio quality price is excellent. For the purists who are not convinced by the 3-ply birch of the box, I can say this is an excellent choice, which brings warmth and stability guitar, in addition to providing an excellent report and qualitprix respect the ecology in Vitantis espces to take more and more rare.
In this day and age, it is that our friends makers think this sort of thing.
With regard to repeat this choice for the budget, yes definitely.
