I purchsed this guitar at Long and McQuade in the winter of '96. It cost about $400 (CAN)

I think that for the price this is a great guitar. I have played freind's guitars which cost a lot more and not liked them nearly as much. It has a nice rich tone. I like the look of the guitar. There is nothing fancy but it looks very nice.

There is a small problem with the g string. it won't tune properly but it is very close and I'm sure I could get it fixed if i felt it was bad enough.

The guitar is very high quality. It followed me through college and has lived with many people. It has been bashed into doorknobs, dropped, and generally banged around by roommates and myself. After all this it looks pretty beat up but it still sounds as good (maybe better) than when I bought it. It now has a small crack just above and behind the brige on the top. I don't know if this is due to dry Canadian winter weather or missuse but it hasn't effected the sound. The tuners are still in great shape 6 years later.

I love my guitar. With the exception of the small tuning problem I have never had any problems with it. I would buy a higher end Seagull next time I'm looking for an acoustic. My freinds all say it sounds great and several have purchased one for themselves.
