Published on 11/03/10 at 01:27I'll get flamed by the purists but I test several evans skins on my Tama Starclassic Maple, of the G1 evans evans ec2 via evans G2 sanded.
I like the sounds dull and serious with a very good attack and a big power.
Evans ec2 is the skin that allowed me to get the sound that comes closest to my ideal.
The attack is very powerful and the note is held perfectly dsagrable without harmonics.
Thanks to the muffler intgr not need to add the gaffer or the batter moongel, the sound is simply perfect
