24 analog input / output jack balanced (+4 dBu level so) plus 24 ADAT I / O. Midi in and out, footswitch and remote control. Ethernet port for data backup and update the software.
24 tracks recorded in 24 bit 44.1 kHz or 48 IDE hard disk. Small problem, it does not always recognize, however, comes with Maxtor HD. Other brands seem to work.

UTILIZATION

The device is very simple for everyone who is familiar with multi-track recording. Editing is a bit tedious but all the classics are present. This can sometimes save a blunder.

The manual is clear and precise.

SOUNDS

I do not use the HD24 converters but those of my DM24 so I do not know what they are worth.
For the dynamic characteristics refer to the manufacturer.

OVERALL OPINION

He was perfectly integrated into my system and running in perfect sync with my DM24 and my pc. All transport functions are from my table at the exeption of the "jog / shuttle." No crashes except with the Maxtor, it's not like Windaube :-)). I also have his older brother (Adat Black face) and I am very happy with my purchase. Small flat (because it is one), the noise of the fan. Added to the PC it bothers me a little mix .. The transfer of tracks by Ethernet is long but the purchase of Fireport is a good alternative.
