Best value:
Excellent
For how long have you been using it?
For 15 years, a rate of 50 trips per year. Without any failure.
Did you try many other models before getting this one?
Earlier stages, I used the Yamaha amp (heavy, low power), the amp Peavey CS400, CS800 with power supplies (rapidly to saturation, but light, ideal for transport) and then Crest 4801 and 8001 (a marvel of reliability).
What thing do you like most/least about it?
+ Reliability, robustness, "warm" sound (almost sounds kind vinyl), power.
- Weight, price (but given the numbers of years of use is relatively inexpensive, good return on investment)
What is your opinion about the value for the price?
- An investment to be depreciated over time (good value)
Knowing what you know now, would you make the same choice?
- Undoubtedly. I currently have 8 amps Crest works without problems for 15 years
