This is a dynamic microphone BUT it has its own preamp
with a full dynamic treatment in addition: compressor / de-esser / gate.

The sensor is designed to be very close to an SM58.
OVERALL OPINION
I brought the U.S. because it intrigued me a lot ....
I use it for 6 months.
It does not replace my usual setup costing many times the price of this machine,
but on a console there it really makes the difference with a micro
Classic mid-range: more potato, a more homogeneous sound dynamics
less feedback ....
I have not yet tested on percussion.
It can withstand very long cables with its integrated preamp and tube compressor
integrated (yes lamp!) makes the job.
You can program behavior using integrated according to the characteristics of the singer or the type of scene jumpers.
