OVERALL OPINION
I was looking for a simple and effective micro beginners on back vocals.
I had the choice between the SM58 and Sennheiser. The Sennheiser has actually a more complte rponse curve is that it better meets the treble. The SM58 is more typical.
In rpt, not a pro n'tant the sound system, big problem to remove the feedback from this microphone. However the SM58 does not his problem because of its rponse lower in acute, which has tipped my choice on the SM58.
Overall, I think the difference between the two is a matter of got, some will prfrer the Sennheiser, others will find that their voice is better with respect shure. I chose the easy part and I'm singing, no feedback
I put a score of 8 Whereas I trs good as the microphone with a good quality price (79 dc 2007), but better be aware that use is not always simple. Over time, I will see what can be Sennheiser E 835 if I find the SM58 too limited.
