News DPA Microphones 4007

DPA Microphones has extended the warranty period on all its Standard and Compact mics from the standard two-years that covers all its products to five.

End users must activate the additional three-year period by registering their microphones at www.dpamicrophones.com/warranty using purchase invoices as warranty registration.

The DPA warranty covers both mechanical functionality and documented specifications on all microphones as long as they are not mistreated, abused or modified in any way. The microphone is sent to an authorised DPA service centre via the local representative, and is then tested, repaired and calibrated. The microphone will be returned with a fresh calibration chart. Matched stereo pairs and multi-matched surround pairs will also be rematched.

The additional warranty is only eligible for DPA Standard and Compact microphones: 4003, 4004, 4006-TL, 4007, 4011-TL, 4012, 4015-TL, 4016, 4017, 4021, 4022, 4023, 4025, 4026, 4027, 4051, 4052, 4053, 4041, 3503, 3506, 3511, 3521, 3532, 3552, 5006, 5006–11 and 5015.

All DPA microphones and components are manufactured at the company’s factory in Denmark.
