I have 3 years, and apart from changing strings I never touched anything on this bass and it sounds just as good, the welds are still holding (unlike some harley benton)

I play with different styles, from blues to funk and other metal / death
and, frankly micro active are really good for bottom lines

the handle is pretty good, and balancing it yours too well, it is also asser light (unlike my BC Rich warlock) finally good that is not comparable;

SOUNDS

I like the sounds good, powerful and asser hot I would say, but what really got me most is that even with a distortion, reverb, or other, the bass still well able to follow
I do not have much to say about the sound, since I'm quite satisfied

OVERALL OPINION

I have 3 years, and yet no technical failure and frankly, for a harley benton, compared to the reputation of that mark, I am satisfied, a good bass to start
freighted with its handle 24 and an acute access to properly clear, I would say the price / quality ratio is really good

UTILIZATION

The frieze round a bit, and a MRIT rglage, but once done, a roll. I am surprised by the enjoyable quality of sound obtained (always in relation to the price of the instrument) I regret, however, SETTING THE Tone prcis enough, I prfr Grave and acute rglage a spar rather than 2 tones. But remember that it was a low 155 and it filled all that is expected of her!
It is relatively lgre, Access in acute is easy because of the large notches, the handle is not big and finishing correct (if somewhat grossire on the head handle) and the logo.

SOUNDS

I play on a crate 100W amp, and the sound is of good quality after all with this bass, at least it's night and day compared to the previous low I used Suzuki. I manage to get sounds ranging from jazz slap I prcise I'm not Jaco Pastorius and I play rock, so good sound, as we hear the note without either breath grsillement I was going! But it has done its rle and to explore more range of sounds.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 4 months, and I must say that for a first prize, I have not found a better price quality ratio, a sound is not too tiring to play and aa of the mouth!
I try like bass Jim Harley or Suzuki OCCAZ and first prize, and although the harley benton is well above a price infrieur. It is clear that if I would do again c'tait a choice.

We know o ca seen that there is a small sticker "Made in China" derrire the head. It possde a handle end 24 frets in rosewood with a touch. There are two microphones and a JB PBPickup. Two volume and two SETTING THE SETTING Tone.

UTILIZATION

I find the handle trs enjoyable to play. The finish of freight is not perfect but drang in any way the enjoyment of the game to acute CHAC is easy, and I t sounded surprised that even in the highest acute. This bass is lgre. It offers a fun game without back pain ...

SOUNDS

The sound of this bass suits me perfectly. I do not t have to make rglage, it sounded good without curling directly. Tone of the knobs are effective for me. It happens to have a nice jazzy sound .. mtal but also is available.

OVERALL OPINION

I for a week. My wife bought me she was tired of hearing me say that my missing component of low ... Considering the price, I'm Fully satisfied with this little low .... I'm just home from the studio .. I can not speculate on its use of bass amp ... I branch in my pod xt live ... I come and have a bass sounds very personal which offers great opportunities. The finish is not perfect, but for the price I t trs enjoyable surprise ... OVERALL OPINION

It's been one week I had the day I settle the handle and change the strings (those are not origins to top ...) I want a bass to play the home and I've found it suits me perfectly, and quality level / c price is 200euro with good arch houssej amp and have to try a pack Cort / peavay worth double and ca not sound better (even less versatile I think) I do not really regret ca worth its weight in peanuts

This bass was made in China. We can see behind the handle there is a sticker with print "Made in China". It has 24 frets. It also has four knob: volume and 2x tone I do not know.

UTILIZATION

The handle is very nice. Access to the treble is very easy. I find the body a little small for my taste but comfortable. It is neither too heavy nor too light. Easily obtained a good sound. Need a strong setting.

SOUNDS

I am rather of rock and metal comvient perfectly. I do not do too much jazz or blues, but it is also suitable to style of music. I play with an amp as Harley Benton HB-20B which is not too bad and level effect I use a Zoom pedal B2.1U home.

OVERALL OPINION

I am very happy. I use it for 9 months. I love the sound quite aggressive, rock metal. A little disappointed with the knob therein (the volume knob that will soon leave me) I had previously tried an Ibanez 5 string and frankly I do not have hearts as sound as mine. The quality / price ratio is exellent (148 euros Thomann). I would do this choice eyes closed

In terms of features, on paper, nothing shocking, I would say downright good for the price.

UTILIZATION

A tour on the finishes first:
It really ends with the feet (at least for my model).

The handle is it nice?
It is a bit too thick, it must be said that at the base I play the guitar therefore necessarily have to get used, but after a good time while traveling, especially as it glides rather well despite the growth in end of the shaft (still a problem finishing).

So changing strings and adjusting the trussroad mandatory (indeed can not adjust the string height on the bridge ...) and manages to have a nice result with obstinacy.

SOUNDS

I did not want to use that base to accompany me with a sampler, but I was surprised in the right direction in sound. The pickups make good on my Superfield, the knobs are not for decoration and really work on the sound.

So I even tried a few recordings of models with and it helps out quite well.
I did however not look what happens with effects.

on the other hand, after 3 months, "crackles" can be heard quite annoying at times, may be questionable welds, which will no doubt do again ...

OVERALL OPINION

I play for 3 months and have tried an old bass jim harley before.

The pros:
-The sound, I like quite surprising given the overall quality.
-The look, if you look too closely, it is rather beautiful
The price-

The -:
"The fact that it is unplayable out of the box
-The finishes made by a Chinese student of 8 years, I almost feel guilty seeing it ...

Value for money:
Correct no more. In the light of other comments, I regret not having returned my model for an exchange, I may have fallen solely on the preset and delivered without a finish totally borked.

Knowing what you know now, would you make the same choice?
I do not think so, too at galley level adjustment, and I think at the interview, because I'm not sure the electronics take very long without checkup.

However, if the breast does not reject you, and if you're lucky on the model that is delivered to you as I do, why not, because for the price, the sound is.
