These new designs are the result of a collaboration between Jackson Guitars and Megadeth bass player David Ellefson.
The JS2 Kelly Bird IV's features include a basswood body, bolt-on maple neck, 21-fret rosewood fingerboard with block inlays, Jackson’s compound radius, dual Jackson JS high-output covered pickups, Jackson high-mass bridge and Jackson tuners. Available in Burnt Cherry Sunburst and Matte Black.
The JS3 Kelly Bird IV features a basswood body (flame maple top on trans finishes), bolt-on maple neck, bound rosewood fingerboard with 21 frets and block inlays, dual Jackson JS high-output covered pickups, three-band active EQ (bass/mid/high), Jackson high-mass bridge and Jackson tuners. Available in Trans Black and Trans Blue Burst.
