Value For Money :
Excellent
France manufacture, handle and maple fingerboard, 21 frets, bridge Luthman, 1 humbucker pickup, 1 micro Jazzbass, electronic Noll, microphones bass culture. 1 Master Volume push pull active / passive balance knob 1 microphone, 1 treble knob, one button mediums, 1 Serious button.
UTILIZATION
Channel 40 at nut, very fine, super fun to play (better for me than the musicman sterling I had before, this is to say ...) Low light and perfectly balanced. Wide palette of sounds, just perfect.
SOUNDS
Fan of music man, I was looking for a bass in a similar budget and allowing me to find the sounds of the brand. In the configuration of microphones that was offered to me, I found what I expected plus a wider sound palette. Excellence in my opinion as to the sounds available.
OVERALL OPINION
I use this bass for four months. I played jazz bass usa, Larrivée, Godin, Leduc master pieces, Warwick, music man sterling and many others.
Talk about a feature I like the most or least difficult. But if I had to put a little damper on this wonderful instrument, it would be no battery hatch, time to go to undo the screws back plate, and after removal of said screw the difficulty of removing the plate without risking damage the wood, but it does not change the battery every week. The price / quality ratio is excellent when compared to musicman or fender jazz usa. The finish is incomparable. Of course I would do this choice eyeing the last Luthman models that are simply beautiful
