« The best bass on which I played ... for the time being »
Published on 08/20/13 at 05:335 string active bass made in England in the violin Rob Green.
My first bass Headless, the handle is made of carbon, it does not move the top.
24 frets and two hyperactive Status in microphones.
Adjustment level: volume, balance between the two microphones, EQ with bass, treble and frequency selection of mediums, plus a 3-position selector to cut, boost.
UTILIZATION
The handle is very nice, carbon, as mentioned above, it does not move. The string action is low, it does not frieze, a real treat.
Access to treble is excellent and just plug for clean, accurate sound.
SOUNDS
The equalizer allows us to obtain an impressive versatility.
I have played on different amps, in several different styles, a little action on the equalizer and it rolls.
Really great fun, both for the slap, play with fingers, to pick the hard, jazz, blues, reggae or funk, this bass is a treat.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for 3 months now, I've played on Musicman, Fender, Yamaha, there is no comparison, this is what I prefer.
I love everything about this bass, even though I would have preferred a head on top of the handle, but that's just aesthetics.
For 1800 euros, the price / quality ratio for me ample.
I remake the same choice if the opportunity presented itself.
