Value For Money :
Excellent
Made in Japan by Tune Guitar Maniac (http://www.tune.ne.jp/). Instrument maker, completely customizable when ordering. Handle with maple fingerboard, 24 frets. 3-band active electronics, micro switch with single / series / parallel - passive switch activates /
UTILIZATION
The neck is very thin, and it is a real highway. A treat. The instrument is very well balanced. Access to treble is excellent, but the simple adjustments to many possibilities.
A very powerful active electronics (two batteries required) with impressive sound.
SOUNDS
I play jazz and French chanson, the possibilities of sound can happily jumping between different styles.
Selector single / series / parallel microphones allows great shades of sounds (my favorite being "single" to match the sound of microphones into a single microphone).
In many ways (sound, touch), it really reminds me of a Alembic model 70s that I used for many years. The slap sound is killer.
Great balance in tone between the bass and treble. All with excellent sound
OVERALL OPINION
I've had a week. Tried rehearsals and one concert
I tried many basses for 20 years (Ibanez, Aria, alembic, fender, Lakland, Mayones, yamaha, sandberg ..) and it is undoubtedly the top left of the basket.
Everything is good in this model. The violin as well as electronics. It is simply perfect.
Excellent value for money: 1500 euros for a bass luthier, why I have chosen the wood photo, then all the configuration. Really perfect finish. Top
I'll buy one without hesitation
