UTILIZATION
Very nice low because:
- Lightweight and balanced
- Comfortable handle
- The high quality of both the wood, setting up the guitar and all pickups / electronics that motivated my purchase.
The sound is above the normal delivery of an instrument in this price range.
This ranges from warm, round (reggae) neck of the microphone to a sound bare, clear, limpid (solo jazz / fusion) on the bridge pickup (very close, detail decisive).
10/10 for audio
Less enjoyable for:
- Spacing of the strings close to the handle, inconvenient for the slap / pop
- Good accessibility to acute but perfectible
SOUNDS
Any style of music, particularly jazz fusion, the range is very wide and infinite possibilities of solo made by mixing wood tones and the neck-through, accuracy and clarity of micro electronics.
I bought it because it reminded me of the sound of an instrument of high-end type 6 string exotic wood.
OVERALL OPINION
Very valuable instrument for the price (bought new E 575).
Its strong point is his sound, unusual for a new product in this price range.
It needs proper settings (frets, nut height, action and bridges) to be an expert to do Nothing spoils.
The result is surprising and to be honest, challenging to play with fingers.
I already have 4 and the Narwhal is what motivated the purchase of 5, to benefit from a sound so bad or why not, piccolo by adding a high C.
This instrument is compact (narrow spacing bridges), light, well made and has the immense advantage of an electronic full Basslines, expensive at the base.
I recommend, at this price for the game and fingers.
Comes with box, Allen wrenches, strap "Whale".
