Chinese brand Cherub Technology, Made in China. Purchased on Amazon from Singapore € 30.51.
Eight digital effects: chorus, flanger, phaser, tremolo, pan, rotary, U-vibe, vibrato. The latter can be actuated by foot!
Settings: Rate, depth, tweak + a deluxe mini-switch, normal and T.lock to block the desired setting.
The deluxe and normal difference is not always obvious.
Mono or stereo.
True bypass true (I checked)
Sturdy metal construction. 4 plastic buttons.
Power: 9v battery or adapter easily accessible classic V 9.

SOUND QUALITY

The effects range from good to correct and cover a range from vintage to modern. The settings also allow you to go on the psyche with all the effects.
Chorus: a little too bland for my taste, flanger, phaser and tremolo successful. Pan, rotary, U-vibe: not bad. Vibrato interesting because it can operate at the foot of 2 1/2 tons to 4 1/2 tons.

OVERALL OPINION

Product knowledge and practical if you do not want to invest in several pedals that uses little. More space saving in a pedalboard is advantageous. Not many competitors in the market. I prefer the Marshall Regenerator more limited and more expensive.

Chorus without personality

Pedal manufactured and purchased (in VPC) in China, solid metal housing, a little soft knobs (turn easily) but it's still okay, two inputs two outputs (stereo pedal, but I have not tested in stereo).
Digital bypass thing. The switch is relatively soft, no large mechanical clunk when switching, I like it.

8 modulation effects available: chorus, flanger, phaser, tremolo, pan, rotary, uVibe, vibrato. a small switch that toggles two "variations" of the same effect, called normal and deluxe.

Available settings: rate and depth as is the case in any normal modulation and knob "tweak" that recalls the spirit of the knob of the same name on the old Line 6 pedals: the function of the knob varies the effect c is indicated DNAS small manual ...

For the price it offered the pedal is simply unbeatable.

UTILIZATION

Using easy to know which pedal modulation.
The manual is basic (English and Chinese) but offers much the only information it is not possible to guess just by looking at the pedal, ie the function of the knob tweak that is different for each effect.

The knobs are soft to turn, except knob choice of effect is notched (good idea - some manufacturers multipurpose pedals do not take this sentence).

The manual also talks about the function to save the effect settings in memory, but there by tale, it is not at all clear how it works, I just dropped it ...

SOUND QUALITY

Sure, it's digital and it's low cost. But the sound it is far from low end. It is even stunning!

I'm bassist so my expectations of a pedal modulation are not exactly the same as a scratch.

- I expect an effect that, firstly, do not chow serious sound basic way: check.
- I expect a modulation effect which remains noticeable even on a low sound spectrum: check!

The rate and depth knobs have a range of very long setting up rate for a very long super fast time, which allows very chopped or otherwise very wide modulations. The depth is also extensive, from subtle to very deep so that in total, ranging from subtle adjustments, the typical vintage until pain or extreme sea completions sounds barred pushed to background.

Chorus, flanger and phaser are really good, they seem to quibble a little lacking in personality but their extensive range of adjustment allows to make a creative effect.

The tremolo and pan are, to my taste, chopped enough, closer to the square wave or triangle of the sinusoid for the tremolo. This gives a fairly modern tremolo, good for the helicopter tremolo effect or rhythmic, a little less for the tremolo genre surf music.

Rotary (efeft leslie), the uvibe and vibrato are amazing for the price, present with a wider range of adjustment than is typically found on this type of pedal (except store stuff super expensive).
I love those three in particular.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a week, yet it is that of a friend, but I'll buy one for me for sure.

Again, with regard to what was for the price we pay (on a VPC Chinese site that begins to make his reputation on the net ...)

Bah is unbeatable!
