This pretty bte Has factory in Japan (99 for mine. MODEL This is no longer manufactured today), it has 24 frets, the pickups for DiMarzio origins taient low-end, which sounded a little dirty (on mine, they have been replaced for DiMarzio Blaze II that sound great, a true wonder: they are two humbucker splittable thanks to the switch 5 positions.
The bridge is a floyd lo pro liscence in Ibanez (which takes trs good agreement and allows you all the fantasies). The rglages are: a volume knob, a knob and a selector of Tone ... What classic and effective.
The neck is a wizard-I know-not-how (pfff, you get lost with all variants of Ibanez) ...
It has everything I demand a guitar plus an septime rope.
(I put 9 because the pickups are not original gniaux)
UTILIZATION
The handle, though paint is super flat, super enjoyable, Access in acute is really super easy thanks to the heel typical profile of Ibanez's horn and the bottom is trs Canker and leaves much room for fingers.
The ergonomics are great, it is quite lgre, well balance.
Since I changed the pickups, just the Login on the amp, and the sound is (almost) forcment good.
SOUNDS
It is perfect for what I play, I'm not!
I played on a mesa boogie subway rocket and pedal digitech RP 14, and believe me, sends a strong!
with the micro heat (blaze II neck, so on mine), the sound is trs round, the distortion is warm and there is a trs good sustain, the sound of microphones Splitt handle is trs tr s vintage soft (low gain). the two pickups together are the best option but still pretty cool. The bridge pickups Splitt gives his trs crystalline but with very little gain, and finally walking bridge pickups full price (Blaze II neck) sounds like a significant steve special: namely beautifully! distortion at the same time very powerful trs output, lots of potatoes and precision, the rhythmic sound of the solos as hell.
Let's talk about clean sounds, they are a breath away! it looks like a real acoustic! (Almost even better), mind-boggling.
I like almost any sound, but the particulirement distorion the two microphones (separately) not split.
OVERALL OPINION
Depusi I use two or three weeks, so I'm not used to the super Septimus rope but is frankly not agne.
In any case the Blaze II pickups have rvle.
The ratio quality price, well I do not care because I bought used (at a price that suited me perfectly).
For a seven-string is the best! I do not think you can do much better!
(Ah so remarkable, if not the handle n'tait varnish, it would be the same Enora can be better, but the I quibble).
I would do without this choice hsiter now that I'm a little familiaris with!
