My PC config (PIV 3ghz 512 MB ram ...) and software is strong demand for more and more resources over the major updates (I use it since version 1.4!)
my first PC (P II 350) would be very fair to use all the features of today's soft

But good to know what you want! The software is very efficient and stable, good fit with the hardware sound card (ASIO / REWIRE / ....)

OVERALL OPINION

I'm using fruity since 1997 and I marvel every update or programmer makes us enjoy the new features very useful ... in the current version (v5) capabilities routing / mixing conjugates are incredible especially with plugins automation MIDI (provided)

I had the opportunity to use lots of apps that primarily CUBASE (atari PC and 3.5)
Cakewalk 9, SONAR2 ... even if they are not the same fates use, I would say that in terms of quality / price and ease of use surpasses the lot of fruity are by floor price and capacity
innumerable.
The plugins provided are of very good quality (source: Ultrafunk for sure) and some generators allow Creations original (gnial Granuliser, the Slicer ..)
You can do everything with fruity and a good dose of imagination !!!!!!!

I DO NOT regret my choice!
