So long as I watch everything that was in drumkit electronics for small budjet, finally after several comparisons, it appears that the kings of the Roland drum machine is now!
To be able to compare the different offers that range yamaha, it really has nothing to do, Yamaha are still in the plastic electronic instrument, Roland we really wanted to recreate in the new series TD mind instinctively perceived, and not " box Gadget "...
It is super strong, it was a very realistic audio response, and rendering sound is terrible!
This TD3 value for price, quality, or there must be.
Despite the proposed 32kits now I use max 3 I recreated me enough with the internal sounds and effects.
Initially, I was told that I will use midi with Virtual Expander drumkit for better sound, but frankly it's not worth it! I have no sound more realistic in my plugins as those proposed in the TD3, and above as well set in terms of speed and response.
Y a small exercises simpatoche totally out of control, enough to have plenty of things to learn all the time!
So, I'm super happy, level value for money is nickel, it is obvious that it will not look far at ghost notes, this is not a TD20. but have much to do to successfully learn and master what the rhythm and pleasure type.

I use this drumkit for 2 years, and really I do not criticize it. I'm good drummer for 8 years and my main drumkit is an acoustic drum, so I do not take my foot to play an electronic drum kit in general. Quite frankly, this electronic drum kit I am satisfied.
Today, the price of these batteries has decreased by at least one third, and quality has doubled, so good even if I do not have as much fun playing with that play an acoustic drum, the sensations are very different (we do not feel like typing a charley qd or cymbal you hit the pads, and especially it's hard to have a good balance of sound, ie to be able to get out as I'd like some ghost notes etc. ...), compared to the electronic drums before, I am .. happy! I would put 9 because for a drumkit that price, I see nothing better. And if it again I would do this choice.

I have this kit for 3 years.
If I n'tais hardly excited electronic batteries I agreed to purchase the smallest of the range Roland kit just before leaving abroad has, and this in order to continue to practice my instrument even if it would not be here in the same condition and an acoustic kit.

Most
- We can play in an apartment without disturbing the neighbors.
- The TD-8 offers a beautiful varieties of sounds (and not bad quality)

Cons:
- First sounds, there are half that I consider useless, either because the audio quality or because I find them just horrible!
- The quality cymbal pads, and I often play blues, reggae or funk which is not really violent, a priori, yet I have a pad on which cymale I had only one reactive zone after 6 months only.
I would say that in my case it was worth the dpenser approx 950euros for this kit Whereas I had no other choice and cheaply I could practice my instrument. This as (in this price range at least) it does not replace and not worth an acoustic drum at the same price.

I use this drumkit for 2 years now, I tested models first prize and it was not worth the shot to throw 400 for nothing, as 900 euros invest directly in the TD-3.

The peculiarity of the TD-3 is that for an entry-level home ROLAND, we're not regret the trip, the sounds are much more realistic feel of the snare is not bad, thirty drumkit kits all styles in a box, not bad for the price.
