Hi, I've had my DT xpress 3 for almost a year and a half and I'm very happy with it until the snare starts to become unresponsive, it's not too serious, but two days ago I broke the arm that holds the hi-hat and snare. Its value for money is good, despite my lack of experience, but I wouldn't buy it again, even if I had the money. I'd rather get an acoustic set for the same price. I used to play on a friend's kit before, a Tama, I think. What I like best about this kit is that it's good to start out, A negative point is that I haven't figured out how to record myself after a year. I've only recorded myself once because I can't remember how to do it :p
