Warning, this case comes Fully empty. Besides marrying two foam forms inside the ends there are no plans to directly receive your bass. Advantage: you can simply drag your instrument in a soft case and in this case. It really made for the plane, because once at destination you can simply use the cover. The alternative is to develop inside the instrument, but it seems rather laborious. Indeed the process of opening (completely sealed and very sturdy) takes over the case to the toothbrush of the briefcase. The roulette system is very practical and seems quite solid. Ditto for the double locking system which allows the addition of two padlocks. Once installed it remains low enough room to accommodate cables or a volume pedal.
I trimballe my bass for 3 years in this case (truck and cargo aircraft). I never had any problems, it is a super-protection. The wheels (standard on "Roller", so easily changeable) are very useful, especially to get around an airport.
