Listened models in comparison: System HK Audio Elias px 1600w RMS, QSC K12, speaker DIY about 500w RMS (2 times 12 inches, 8 inches 2 medium, 1 tweeter).

Feature the most popular:
This is a pair of speakers which includes in its almost 35 kilos equivalent to HK tops my 2 audio and 2 sub together! (I nuance "almost" because the sound pressure must be a little less ... but much higher quality).

Second quality: its dynamic, precise, powerful, well down in the 50 Hz No background noise or background noise unlike the active amplification.

Least favorite feature: does not tolerate any of the sources of poor quality (in terms of accuracy listening).

The value for money is already nine excellent. I use it for 3 years in the studio
Nothing to do with other monitoring system (monitoring with these small speakers barbie)
My studio monitors to me feels like live with a percussive sound
I would not change for monitor speakers or even the best frequency down to 50Hz only
They are imposing volumes but I'm crazy I have space and no neighbors!!!
In my studio all day I believe in live with a sound found only in concert, what up!!!!

- Purchased mid October, received a little over a week later. I tested for several days.

- My brief was as follows: A pair of speakers (only) by 38cm (I make my car benefits, so small size), power about 500W / sides for versatile sound: discomobile + some mini performances of songs (school fans), and especially sound quality and finesse for the best price.

- Configuration: a pair of 153 with replacement of the APT by a couple DE10 + ME10 for more than a reserve in the upper midrange and treble (for singing). Used with amp PEAVEY PV 2600.

- My opinion: very dynamic speakers in all: Good bass not aggressive (even fairly round) and down quite low, medium, neither forward nor back (personal, I removed a little (-3dB) to EQ, as I prefer the lower midrange down), acute perfect. Pregnant very well balanced overall, as three-way what!

- Models owned by: Dynacord FE 15-3 that I regretted a lot because it was very dynamic speaker but the bass were slightly too aggressive for my taste and especially pregnant too heavy (> 40kg).

- Model tested: Audio PS115 Ag (Not fine enough for my taste), Audio C2R Q115 (the best mid-high tried but not enough bass boxes needed) Audiophony E15 (I almost bought some but the series GC7 are still well above a price just different), JBL JRX115 (too rough, a bit like Cerwin Vega PA), Nexo, Martin Audio, RCF too expensive for me ...

- Value / price ratio in my opinion, it's easy, after a year of research is the best I've found for that price.

- Do not hesitate to contact Samuel rope, very good audio culture and very good advice. Especially do not forget that other speakers can not catalog or at least it can change them at your convenience.

- The only points that do not make me put 10/10, weight: 32 kg or 30 still good but I knew before buying, and the fact of not being able to try them in the provinces, damage, I have several months to make up my mind but I do not regret it.

I received these speakers, there are about a week. I am eager to test them. My group and I, we turned the speakers with low-end and midrange (KoolSound / hq power, Behringer / Mackie SRM450). Models tried before: 302/502 Thomman PA, Mackie SRM KoolSound, hq power (I am ashamed) behringer /, peavey audio and martin. Nothing comes close except for Chilton martin (it made me feel big power / definition).

I use these speakers for 2 weeks now.

Like many beginners who did not have on and who had no ides about the quality of material, I purchased a sound system bettement M **** (amp B ** st pregnant and Mc *** low). Little bit I was interested the quality of sound, listening to a lot of hifi, PA clubs, etc..

Today I fell for a new sound system, this time with quality.
With all the opinions in his favor on this forum, I directly contact Mr. Corde, and chose the 153 for my use: mainly personal cost, and sound system for small room, at parties with friends.

They are by a HPA drives in 2400 (initially I had a phonic max 2500 but had problems with cuts on a channel).
Other dtail, they are equipped with a Kappa 15LF, M rope stopped the P.audio in 153.

What I like most:
Deja-sound, you can imagine, after mcfar ** w, the chilton's day and night. Great sound, I rediscovered my cd and my music directory. High tones, prcis, Retailer, a well-Submitted serious, which can hit or stay round when necessary.

I have no other models to compare the neons 401, so I silenced it.

So two GC7-153 (with custom tweeter DE10 instead of ATP 80) driven by an INTER-M 20.5, 4 boxes and 46 cms (including 2 B-String) powered by a second PEAVEY CS 4080, two on each side , into 4 ohms what.
All filtered with a simple 2310 CX.

Only used mobile disco, is a true massacre.

All driven by a Tamp 2400,
It is a challenge to push the amp to the bottom ... So spit ca.
(By the way beware of the low vibration, a ceiling fell 15 days after an evening with these Bcorde ... )


Pros:
- Incredible power
- Great sound
- A reasonable price
- Incredible resistance (I store my stuff in the basement (light moisture), and 18 months there 's a water pipeline that exploded, despite a flood of 20 cm of water, walking GC7 nikel, and n has hardly moved ...)
- Service B string, everybody speaks well, and the little that I needed to see was nikel
I threw myself into buying this stuff after the comments of forums, without much know what to buy
Aujroud'hui and with hindsight, I realize that:
- They feel heavy, but compared to their power is normal, and the other DJs I have crossed the speakers of the same size and weight similar belching least 2 times.

Singers / other DJs are not bleuffés sound quality coming out of my stuff

To properly distribute the sound in the room for big chug of over 200 people on the runway
I plan to take 2 more for a better distribution of sound.

The problem then is how to make everything fit in the car ...
