Jazzware Jazz 4 was pretty quick and easy to install, it didn’t seem like a rather large file during installation though. It didn’t take long it just seem like it took some space on my hard drive and to me the program doesn’t have all the capabilities as some of the other software. It was also pretty easy to understand, I never toughed the manual once and had this software down pack. Using the midi through Jazzware Jazz 4 was a breeze though, I really didn’t think it was going to be that smooth and easy. The midi note screen is pretty good to work with too, I like how its easy on the eyes with the white background a black notes. The color scheme keeps it pretty easy.

SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

Jazzware Jazz4 really doesn’t have to much too it though. Don’t think you can do everything in it that you can do in other programs. They kept it very simple and basic. It wont make your system freeze or mess up and its good with your cpu. The one thing that I wish it had was some good effects, I felt like it lacks by not having them. All General sequencers need to have some good effects without having to use an 3 party to use your effects with. You can export your stuff out of Jazz 4 in a midi format or an audio wav formate I don’t think it exports in mp3 anymore (not too sure though just never tried to).

OVERALL OPINION

Overall, you will like using this software. I don’t think its worth the money though because it just doesn’t do enough for me after using Fl Studio Cubase and some others this sequencer isn’t enough. But you could possibly like it especially if you arent coming from another sequencer you might actually think its great. But to me its just ok.
