Cedar Audio and Merging Technologies have reached a new agreement that will allow the latter to use part of the « Retouch Patent » from the first.
Thanks to this new agreement, Merging Technologies will be able to use in the next version of the Cedar for Pyramix suite, the spectrogram display and edit tool developed and patented by Cedar Audio. Thanks to this new tool, Pyramix users will have the opportunity to detect and repair issues in their audio tracks.
Another good news is that Cedar for Pyramix 2 will be 64-bit, with improved algorithms and a new GUI.
This new version is expected this year.
