The implementation does not pose a problem but happens well?

I can not judge performance because too many problems.
I put a doc for the paper but what will I use it?
OVERALL OPINION
I can not use it because some important features (MIDI management, support for VST, tracks edition) does not work.
I reformatted the hard drive and reinstalled Windows XP (with CD provided by HP) on request of the hotline and before installing anything I installed Cubase (DVD purchased) but still the same problems.
I feel like I waste my time with the hotline. I am not a novice in computers, but rather because I have experienced multimedia development in C with the Windows API.
In desperation I will certainly give Cubase (149 euros fucked up) to take another software.
