The manual is really not necessary, everything is intuitive.
SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE
My config is as follows:
PC - Windows 7 64 bit
Intel Core I7
8 RAM
No problem found for 1 year of operation
OVERALL OPINION
I waited a year before giving an opinion to be sure to have gone around the issue.
I mainly use it with Cubase AI 7, with courtesy, but also with stand alone apps as EZ drummer, Amplitube3 or Sample Tank Free.
No latency problem when recording or overdub Cubase.
Preamp. are quality, an external preamp is not really necessary.
The only issue was discussed, it may be that the Eating 48v, when activated, feeds both inputs simultaneously. I would have preferred a separate 48v power supply on each entry.
But in light of the purchase price, there is nothing to say.
If it again, I would spend on a UR44, but only for comfort of use during several session musicians.
