How do you convert audacity files to MP3???

I want to take songs from audacity and put them on myspace :D
but the songs are in the audacity format

and i cant find any programs that convert these files to MP3

any help would be appreciated!!! :D

The post above mine is a sure-fix...

When I export files from Audacity, I export as .wav, and then use Alto MP3 Maker to convert them to mp3's... Just another suggestion.

shouldn't audacity have an "export to mp3" option...?
