Thread i keep getting this error i can't even get into pro tools please help

I run pro tools on a MacBook and Iwas using mbox but i switched to digi002 rack and it seemed to be working fine. Then today o got this error and i cant get into protools:
Could not complete your request because Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/vbpc/AlturaPorts/NewFileLibs/CoreFoundation/Macbuild/
../../Sys/Sys_FileLoc.cpp", line 192.
What the hell do i do?

by chance, did you update to version 10.4.9?

if so, that could be your problem.

no im using 7.1.1. i believe .....i ve a new problem i uninstalled and reinstalled and now ican get in to protools but its changed all my audio in projects to transfer only and i cant seem to change it in the audio window
