reason 3.0 help!!

So I just installed Reason ( I am pretty excited about it) but when I go to the Factory Sound Bank, no sounds appear for me to browse and choose from. Orkestar is working fine tho. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks a lot!

have you put a mixing desk and a sampler in .put a nn19 in to the rack click browse select factory sound bank
a number of yellow folders should come up select the nn19 folder

also when you open reason does it open up in empty rack or the preset mode
