help with BR-1200

hi there,

i'm having some trouble with burning cd's on my BR-1200. i'm following the directions to the T, and actually burned one last night. but now, when i try to do it again, an error pops up and says the songs are too short when it comes time to burn. if anyone has any idea, i'm open to all suggestions.
