Hi All,
I recently got a purchased a Behringer Compressor unit with an additional gate function.

I have this weird problem. When I bring up the gate, even a minute level, a harmonic buzz is heard on the channel. If I disengage the gate
everything becomes loud and clear with no harmonic buzz.

I was wondering if someone might be able to provide some insight into this weird problem.

sounds like a defective unit to me.
return it and get another one. if the problem persists, it means that the gate is worthless.
