Hi,
I'm new and I would like some feedback on this progressive house tune that I produced recently. Have a guess what software I used.. (I'll tell you in a while, just curious to see what people think!). Any advice would be great.

cheers,
Rob

Hi Rob-

I listened to your tune. The recording sounds good for the genre. I gotta admit this is not my kind of music, so I'm not sure if it's good stuff or not!! I would offer this:

I know that this kind of music is by nature repetitive, but it seemed to me that the tune needed some other elements added to it to keep the interest level up, and that the changes need to come a little faster.

My .02, but I'm far from knowledgeable about this type of music.

I'm a blues guy.... 8)

I think you have overdone it with the bass drum and you're lacking a bassline. Keep up though, I like your percs! :)
