Hi there - am a radio dj in South Africa wanting to set up a home studio at the moment purley for advert and program production (i.e. no live vocals bands etc.)

I have heard that the M-box with Protools LE would be a good start and looking at taking on a middle of the range Shure KSM

I have worked with the mics before but unsure about M-Box - any
comments?

m-audio and edirol are the 2 most popular now, both brands have products thatd do the trick for ya, edirol has more simplified setups...and a bit cheaper

do some research on both, i havent tried the mbox
