This is the compression / sustain is a rebalancing of the levels of what he was going home.

UTILIZATION
The configuration is so simple once we understand the system: the attack increases the rise of the note (above definition), sustain increases the level by amplifying increasing soft sounds and limiting the maximum the other has a defined level.
the goal is reached, the sustain comes quickly saturated and therefore the harmonics and sonuffle too, but clearly the "attack" gives the definition for a humbucker.
To eliminate the breath, lower the "tone" to the grave.
SOUND QUALITY
Well I have not tried other compressors, other than those of cakewalk or cubase or my GSP 21, so live it fast and efficient as desired. I put in last day behind a RV-3 and Boss MT-2 to remove the side aigrillard the MT-2 to an input of transistor amp I had the impression of having a tube amp (well just for the compression).
OVERALL OPINION
I have 10 years and I rediscovered, I do not do the scene and take in general to limit and enhance the sound before the amp.
Value for money it does but you have to use it.
Unless you have a lot more money for a compressuer Lampre I would do to this choice.
