UTILIZATION
The configuration is relatively simple, the knobs all have an effect on the sound, to put all the setting to 12 and gradual change each setting to get the sound for you .....
SOUND QUALITY
The effect of compression and very effective and also sutainer. I use it mainly with a Gibson Custom Lespaul and a Fender Stratocaster Japan 54.
The effect gives a coloration very "blues" sounds to you crunch the legendary solos without forcing and without loss of momentum in the cascades of notes.
For clean sounds emerge from the arpeggios mix easily by adding a color just flapping in the rather pleasant.
It is true that it generates a little breath in the extreme settings, but nothing really disturbing was the transistor so people sensitive to winds will turn to an optical compressor ... (BBE or Aphex example)
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for a month, the first compressor I use and should be fully in my use.
The value for money is not bad but try before you buy any effect as it brings a particular grain can not please everyone!!
