Two modes: Delay and hold a sort of sampled loops.
UTILIZATION
Pretty simple to use, allowing different types of effects (reverb, delay almost analog swing / her pipe etc. ..) if we are given just a little experiment.
SOUND QUALITY
Bought right out and replacing an analog delay, I immediately appreciated its accuracy and cleanliness of the processed signal, the length of delay (unpublished at the time for a pedal) and the various possibilities of its tweakage.
OVERALL OPINION
I used to date before a DD7 not come to replace it, mainly because of the length of the delay from 1 s for DD2 to over 6 seconds for the DD7 (Frippertronics).
Very versatile pedal and sound rather warm for a digital delay.
Its reliability has been exemplary and she has never dropped in almost 25 years of use!
