Tube overdrive pedal Electroharmonics.
4 adjustment knobs: level, acute, grave and gain
Entrance, exit
Comes with 6 volt supply, do not run on battery.
Brushed aluminum casing visibly robust.
Interlock "button" type strong.

UTILIZATION

Configuration very simple 4-button to handle!
No man, moreover, y 'are not needed.

2 flats on this chapter:
- Drive the progression of the button that is "hard" positions between 10h and 14h (one wonders why)
- Level button which appears once a boost of 20dB sound when pushed above the 3 / 4! But I do not like the level above the first quarter, it does not bother me.
I do not know whether this is due to my config or if they are design flaws, but hey, I could cope.

SOUND QUALITY

First pleasant surprise: the sound is really typed lamp, despite those who think they can not sing a lamp with only 6 volts!

Second nice surprise: the pedal meets very well the original sound of the guitar, unlike another good reference that I know well: the Bad Monkey DigiTech!

Third nice surprise: the knobs for treble and bass remain transparent despite their effectiveness.

Amplitude of the overdrive: fairly good but the pedal is not in the Heavy Sustain, so think possibly add another overdrive or distortion in front if that is what you are looking for. Personally, I put my Bad Monkey and then I whole range of sounds that I like. on the other hand and is ideal for blues, rock and maybe hard rock. Are obtained crunch sounds that respond very well to the dynamics of the game in the first quarter of the race the GAIN knob. The crunch is very secretive and transparent when the GAIN is 0. But beware, this is not insignificant either.
Like all distos / overdrive, etc., it amplifies a lot parasites of your guitar then consider a small upstream noise gate! Behringer has included in its VINTAGE TUBE MONSTER VT999, that's a damn good idea!
FYI I use it with a Start and a Telecaster Custom Hohner (same as Prince) with a 535Q wah, a Bad Monkey (not always active) upstream and downstream pipeline Eagletone, all connected to a valve preamp FX DIGITECH.
What I like best? The gain to 0 to funky rhythms and a bit dirty GAIN thoroughly + Graves thoroughly with ADB MONKEY upstream spacey solos and crazy!
And the price: 30 € during the winter sales on WOODBRASS, this is madness!

What I like least: the 2 small imperfections mentioned above hardness = GAIN button down half way and LEVEL runaway when pushed to the bottom.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a week.
Intended to replace the arsenal of distos quality that are in my old tube preamp valve DIGITECH FX, LEADSLED has found its way into my new Pedal Board.

I find the sound excellent, the knobs means (see the 2 flats above) and the excellent price too!

Try it now!
