How can we note the characteristics of a boss below 10?

UTILIZATION
I bought it (used) primarily to test because it has a lil mysterious side. I know few scratch known or unknown that use it (except that of the group ... enhancer, which I am not particularly a fan) ... I wanted to see how it could give ...
Sold without a manual, I was based on advice from the seller, and Bossar ...
I put 4, even when we know the theoretical influence of different settings, there has not been easy this influence in practice!
Tested with an RG270, and a ESPMH400 valbee at the end of the chain after chaining OC2/FZ2/DF2/MT2!
SOUND QUALITY
This is the effect to test the sensitivity of your ear ... Apparently it's a pedal set for whales and other marine mammals have a high frequency hearing ...
If you like the pedals that once switched completely change your sound, go your way ...
In short, all that to say that
In the clear:
rendering is not clear, even with the extreme settings (1 to 10 knob one, other than 0, or the configurations in the taste)! It can happen to give his guitar a mild "acoustic guitar"
With distortion / gain:
And Ben, the AC turns your guitar into a chainsaw! Ca pete of acute in all directions. It's not buzzing, but it does more than tickle!
I quite agree with the criticism of Marty, "If you tripper rendering and it serves it's good if you're not going to stay long."
Remember that this pedal would aim to avoid cutting of certain frequencies after chaining a bit long!
