Flanger pedal with 2 buttons:

The spleen: that adjusts the speed of the effect

The regen: that adjusts the intensity of the effect.

She has a true bypass when not fed since the sound goes anyway and is not altered when the pedal is not engaged.

We could have had a small switch on the model as van halen good but this pedal interest also lies in its simplicity.

UTILIZATION

Operation is simple, the manual also clear that small and the pedal still has a certain range of sound.

To emphasize that it is supplied with 9 volt unlike the version with 4 knobs that practice when you do not want to use 2 9V output to feed a flanger knowing that my beautiful MXR EQ also works in 18V and I Chow enough room like that.

A very good alternative after all.

SOUND QUALITY

Like his colleague, the phaser 90, there is little effect even with the knobs to 0.

Apart from that, the sound quality is top and we are entitled to a flanger typed modern as we like. I had previously used the simulation MXR flanger on my line mm4; bin frankly for those who do not desire that you should know that the flanger effect is much better on the micro flanger and besides there is no lower volume effect as in line6.

OVERALL OPINION

Excellent really nothing wrong, micro flanger is successful at all levels and filled his role perfectly at that.

The perfect setting to me is to put the spleen at 2 / 3 with regen-half and it sounds as lead in crunch (it's not best suited for clean sounds but it is doing everything very well good) is really great.

Only regret but now we can do anything about it: price.

I would buy with your eyes closed.
