So I will speak of the guitar in this package, because the amp I have not tested.
Besides, I do not have the guitar either, in fact I offered one used my nephew, so I was able to test it.

So let's be clear, this is a beginner to a scratch maudique prices. My rating will take into account the quality / price ratio and not the value of "pure" of the guitar which is of course well below the middle of a toy or luxury.

The body, the handle: the guitar is lightweight (compared to mine anyway), so we doubt it's going to sound like a Les Paul. So far I suspect that the wood of a tree and not the medium. But for a boy of 12 years, that's fine, it may not catch scoliosis with, not so will not be disgusted with the guitar for life. The neck is thin and the radius comfortable, perfect for little hands. Level finish, good bé is correct, the paint and varnish are, there is no splinter that goes beyond the hoop is.

The MECAS the bridge: the mechanical bases, not great but not completely cast either, if they resist the blows of evil tremolo which is still good. The bridge precisely, it is a 2-point tremolo please. Well made, it will allow the young apprentice to become familiar with this kind of bestiolles. The agreement is adequate, it is acceptable if abused it.

The pickups, electronics: it is an SSH config, very simple and versatile. It sounds clean, but are not sure, but clean. The SSH config can have very different sounds depending on the position of a teaching point of view it's not bad to educate the ear. The knobs and selectors are a little weak against, probably the first improvements to do on the guitar if you really want to keep it.

Result: You are between 10 and 16, and you want to attack you on electric guitar without getting broke? Dark on this one.
