Very good pick in the Dugain. This is one of the least expensive and also the most versatile. Sound less muffled than agate (I have another) and less typical than others. It makes both electric and acoustic, nylon or steel ... It emphasizes the frequencies in a balanced way, I'd say ...
If you have never used Dugain, it seems really good to begin with.
I do not know if the pick on the other hand wears over time, as may be the case for plectra wood, bone etc.. I use it for four months and I still have not seen any deterioration of the tip.
I remake that choice without hesitation, and if I lose I will redeem the same.

Edit 01/2013: In fact, if the Dugain Acrylic eventually wear out. After months of use, the tip ended up planing. Shame because it's probably my favorite Dugain in terms of versatility. I would have to find an equivalent in stone.
